You are listening to the Weight Loss for Successful Women podcast with Shannan Christiansen episode number 122. Welcome to Weight Loss for Successful Women, a podcast for women who are ready to break the diet cycle and end their struggle with weight for good. Here’s your host, fortune 100 executive, and certified life coach, Shannan Christiansen.

Hello love. So happy back with you. Let’s talk about the one thing you for sure do not need to lose weight. It’s not what you think. So, my love, I just went with my daughter-in-law and granddaughters to get our pedicure and nails done, and it was so fun. It was, you know, it is fun to be a girl. I have to say there’s all sorts of things and we all enjoy different things, but I love, you know, going with my granddaughters and my daughter-in-law to get our pedicure and nails done. And it was my Jacksy’s first time. Now ladies, I have to tell you about Jacksy. I know I’ve talked about her before, but she is a fashionista. She changes her outfit several times a day. And it was her first time, so she was very excited. She said, this was just made for me. I’m telling you, I’m pretty sure my son and daughter-in-law, they’re going to have their hands full with her. She is just, she is sunshine in a little body, I have to say. And I just love her.

So let’s get into today’s show. When I was on the diet roller coaster, I did a lot of different diets. I did them all. I mean, mostly all of them. And you know, I did things like Atkins where, you know, I’d eat meat and cheese for a few weeks and then, you know, realized I just could not eat only that. I also did countless diets with food plans or pre-packaged foods where, you know, you bought those little gross things where, you know, I’m pretty sure like pot roast could be in your, like your cabinet. I mean, if you just think about that for a second, it doesn’t seem right. And I was always looking for a food plan to help me lose weight. I thought that there would be this magical combination of foods that would just, you know, it would be easier for me to lose weight.

But you know, the diets, they would work for a bit, but it never lasted. And I would always gain weight back. So the one thing that you don’t need to lose weight, here it is – a diet food plan. You don’t need someone else telling you what to eat, how to move your body, and what your body needs for fuel. I teach my clients how to make a realistic food plan. This is all about eating and allowance, not restriction, and they can put whatever they want on it. Foods they enjoy. Foods they love.

I teach my clients how to become the scientist of their own bodies. See, diets and diet food plans they keep us disconnected from our bodies. We don’t even know what hunger or fullness feels like because we’re so disconnected. When I was on the diet rollercoaster, I had no idea what hunger or fullness even felt like in my own body. And food plans, diet food plans, they keep us looking on the outside of us, for someone else to tell us what to do. But weight loss, it’s an inside job. To lose weight for the last time, you have to understand your own thoughts and beliefs of what’s keeping you overweight. Then you have to learn how to break your diet  brain, heal your relationship with food, and reconnect with your body by becoming the scientist of it.

I know that might sound hard. You might be like, Shannan, I don’t even know where to begin. But I want to tell you, living in a body that is overweight, my love, that is hard. Bingeing, going out at 10 o’clock at night because you have to get a Sonic shake, that is hard. Not being able to buy the clothes that you love, move your body in a way that you want, not being able to play with your children or grandchildren, my love, that is hard. The process I teach is simple. I teach it in a doable process, simple steps so my Transform Bosses don’t get overwhelmed. And if they start to, well, then they come get coached. They reached out to the community or go back to the weight loss course.

You can keep looking for the perfect diet plan, looking for the perfect combination of foods that will magically melt the fat off your body. But my love, it doesn’t exist. Not for the long term. Because when your stressed, when you start sabotaging your success, if you don’t have the mindset tools, you’ll just gain it back. If you don’t learn how to love the grind, love the process, then you’ll always be searching for the next new thing, only to be disappointed. I don’t want that for you my love. I want you to have success. I want you to learn how to live your best life in a body you love, how to find a freedom in it. Wear what you want and get to your natural weight.

Now ladies asked me, Shannan, what is natural weight? It is the weight that you want to be at. It’s where you feel amazing in your body. Not some number that came from some archaic system that they don’t understand your body. If you’re ready, Transform Boss opens February 9th. We are doing our Transform Boss free challenge, and it starts on February 7th. You can register at bflycoaching.com/me, M E.

And the transformational questions and actions for today are one, what do you believe about losing weight? What are all those thoughts and all of the rules that you have floating around that beautiful brain of yours? Number two, how have those thoughts served you or sabotaged your weight loss? And number three, how can you lose weight for the last time? What is your very first step?

Get into our free challenge my love. It starts on February 7th. Go to bflycoaching.com/me, M E. Bye for now Love.

Love, I am getting so excited. We are getting ready to open Transform Boss Weight Loss. We are less than a month away and we always kick it off with a free challenge. So if you go to bflycoaching.com/me, M E, you can register for our free challenge. It kicks off on February 7th. I love the challenges. I love working with ladies and watching them have aha after aha, and some hope again that they can lose weight and lose it for the last time.

When I was losing my weight, one of the reasons I would stay on the diet roller coaster was sabotage. I would sabotage my weight loss. Now I teach this in depth inside my weight loss course inside my membership area in Transform Boss Weight Loss. Sabotaging our success is one of the main reasons I see women struggle with their weight.

I would get to onederland and then my weight would start creeping back on. Sometimes it was just a number barrier, like onederland, or like 220 pounds. So I would bounce between 220 pounds and 260 pounds. And then anytime I would get under 220, I would bounce right back up. This happened with 220, and it also happened with onederland. I did this with different weights depending on where I was at.

It was not until I worked with a coach that I really understood the thoughts around sabotage. I had built a layer of weight around me for protection. I had trauma when I was younger, and my weight was my protection. It’s how I learned how to cope. I also have been to therapy and had a therapist help me identify some of the thoughts. Therapy and coaching are great compliment to one. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. So after I identified the thoughts, I really understood the reason. I had to allow myself to be successful. I had to allow myself to be in a smaller body. I had to show myself love and kindness through the process. When I would start to sabotage, I did not beat myself up or make it mean that I was never going to do it, or that I was failing. I just gently reminded myself that it was okay to let the weight go. That it was okay when I had failures and challenges. It was all okay.

Because I was not going to give up on myself. I was going to lose the weight, through coaching, allowing thoughts and feelings, and then changing my beliefs and thoughts. I have a whole section in the weight loss course, plus a virtual event that is focused on sabotage and how it’s just a trigger. It’s how we’re alerted to what’s happening in our thoughts and our feelings. Another sabotaging thought I see my clients struggle with is that if they lose the weight, they will lose relationships or their relationships will change or get worse. This is what I like to call future puddling. Yes. This is worst case scenarioing the future. I know scenarioing is probably not a word, but we’re going to use it here – expecting the worst before anything happens.

Puddling is just having thoughts that create feelings like worry, doubt, confusion. They’re just not necessary. They don’t serve us. They just cloud your mind and stall your progress or put it off. Could a relationship change? Maybe. But I have found with the tools that I teach my bosses, they learn how to increase their capacity to give love to others, to drop the manuals, and have more love for the humans, and their relationships actually get better.

I have a whole relationship course in Transform Boss, and we do a whole lot of coaching on it. It’s so fun to watch our ladies improve relationships when they thought they would get worse. This goes back to allowing yourself to be successful, to have successful relationships, allowing success to be in your life and practicing thoughts of allowance by getting coached and becoming aware of the thoughts that are sabotaging your success.

Another sabotaging thought that I see many of my clients struggle with is loose skin. Oh yes. And that their bodies may be different after losing the weight. I struggled with this too. A lot. I would have these thoughts around, I’m going to look like a fat person in a thin body. Everybody will know I lost weight. My loose skin will be ugly. It will be bothersome. These thoughts kept me sabotaging, quitting on myself. I have loose skin now. I have a good bit of it. And I’ve had to do my own work on my thoughts. But I would take my loose skin all day, every day, over carrying the extra weight. It’s not even in the same ballpark. I had to practice thoughts over and over again around giving myself permission to be successful, to live in a body that had loose skin, that did not have a layer of weight around her.

I had to get really honest about what it felt like to carry 80 to 140 pounds of extra weight on my body and what it was doing to me. I had to practice and allow my thoughts over and over again. Some of the thoughts that I practiced, and still do to this day, is I’ll figure it out when I get there. I don’t need to worry about the loose skin now. I’m worthy of living in a body that feels like freedom. And one that I still practice is I’m safe. My weight is not protecting me now, nor has it ever. This is the core of what I teach and coach, helping my bosses become aware of the thoughts and beliefs that are keeping them stuck and sabotaging their success.

It just really is not about the food. The food is so secondary. I don’t know, it’s at the bottom of the list compared to our beliefs and our thoughts. Our beliefs and our thoughts are what keeps us sabotaging our success. And when we start to believe new things, when we start to practice new thoughts, that is when everything changes my love.

So the transformational questions and actions are one, how is sabotage showing up in your weight loss journey right now? And number two, how can you give yourself permission to be successful? One of the ways that I did it was just by, again, writing down the thoughts that were causing my sabotage and then writing down, I give you permission to carry loose skin. I give you permission to lose the weight, and really visualizing myself living in this body that felt like freedom, that was smaller, and really allowing myself to feel the emotions that came with it. It’s so powerful my love. And the third, pick a thought that you can practice when an old belief comes in. So here’s how you do it. An old habit that comes in, allow it to be there. You don’t need to resist it or judge it, and then feel the emotion from it, and then gently repeat the new thought that you are practicing.

And if you want help doing this and taking this work deeper, then start with my free course. You can go to bflycoaching.com/ready. So good my love. Bye for now.

You are listening to the Weight Loss for Successful Women podcast with Shannan Christiansen episode number 120. Welcome to Weight Loss for Successful Women, a podcast for women who are ready to break the diet cycle and end their struggle with weight for good. Here’s your host, fortune 100 executive, and certified life coach, Shannan Christiansen.

Hello love. So happy to be back with you. I love today’s show. We are going to explore the grind of weight loss and how to think about it. But first, I want to do a listener shout out, and today’s listener shout out is from Sharon, and the title of her review is Diet Effect on iTunes. Shannan, I have to say joining first Jumpstart back in 2019 and now Transform Boss Weight Loss was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. I was all in or all out of the diet world. Shannan and her tools and exceptional coaching have taught me that I don’t need a diet to lose weight. Just a belief in myself and a change in mindset. No food plan, restriction, or any of those diet culture things. By following the four fundamentals and using the tools that Shannan teaches I have changed my way of thinking about myself. I have lost 126 pounds and have kept it off for over a year. I’m so grateful and thankful to Shannan, Jenn and Dawn for their coaching. Also being part of an amazing sisterhood of women. I love all of them with all of my heart.

Sharon, we love you too. I love Sharon. She’s such an inspiration. She really is a total rock star, a total boss. She was on the diet roller coaster for 40 years and she’s lost over a hundred pounds and she’s just amazing. And she is the sweetest soul. She’s a senior mentor in Transform Boss Weight Loss, and you know, I’m watching her continue to grow and push herself. I can’t wait to see all of the things that Sharon does. Sharon, thank you so much for leaving the review. You know I love you to pieces. If you find what you learn here valuable, you can help other women find this show by leaving a review and rating of the show anywhere that you listen to the podcast. Also subscribe so every Wednesday morning I’m in your podcast library.

Ah, so fun my love it is 2022. I mean it is 50/50. We still have a pandemic going on. I’m wishing all of my lady’s health and safety, you know, during this time. So my love, I just unveiled my secret project to my Transform Bosses. In Transform Boss Weight Loss I am doing a 60 Days to Future Me series. And in this series, I’m taking them behind the scenes of me and who I am becoming to hit my impossible goal. I video for a couple minutes most days of the week, and then my team puts them together into a weekly video. There are daily challenges, prizes. I can’t wait to watch my bosses over the next 60 days.

Don’t worry my love. If you’re not in Transform Boss, the whole series will be in the bonus vault so when you join in February, it’ll be waiting for you. We open on February 9th, and I can’t wait. It was so fun to see the first week of 60 Days to Future Me and seeing it all put together. I had started filming in the middle of December. I shared things like what I eat, how I move my body, the thoughts I’m believing and struggling with. It really is an amazing benefit for my bosses. I want them to have the best year. I want them to achieve all their dreams and goals. I want this to be the last year they have weight loss on their goal list.

I’m always watching my clients, listening to what they say, what they write, how they show up, what is challenging for them. I really study them because I love them. And I want them to have success. I’ve been thinking about when ladies come into Transform Boss, and mostly they are super excited. They feel hopeful, a little scared, but they feel excited. They start implementing the fundamentals of Transform Boss, and then some ladies start disconnecting, start not showing up. I was thinking about this when I was losing my weight. I remember thinking I have a lot to lose, and it was going to take me a couple of years. I wanted to do it slowly and change my mindset. But I remember it starting to feel repetitive, feeling like a grind.

I would make my plan, do my thought work. Sometimes I would work on the same thought cycles over and over again. See, we want the dopamine hit of a reward and excitement. Our brain Lizzie, we want it. We want this. When we find love, start a new career, watch our children grow. We also want this when we binge, when we overeat, overspend, over watch TV. I used to think the “grind” was boring, not exciting. And mostly when I was on the diet rollercoaster, whenever weight loss turned into a grind, I quit. But here is the difference. When you understand that the grind is coming, then it means you’re on the right path, you can allow it and you don’t have to make it mean anything has gone wrong.

Think about the last time that you did a binge, like, you know, ate all the things from all the restaurants. It’s mostly when you were getting ready to start a new diet, you ate so much that you were like, I just don’t want this anymore. This happened when I was bingeing on sugar cookies. There just came a time where I just didn’t want them because I had had so much of them. But then I would restrict, not have them for a while. So they became kind of “bright and shiny” again. So when things are bright and shiny we want them. Do you remember when you met your partner, spouse, maybe an ex if you’re not partnered up right now, I mean the first six months, you are pinging off the ceiling with excitement.

Then after time, it starts to feel regular, routine, boring. Not that you don’t have some excitement, but it is different. It’s not bright and shiny. We make the regular routine grind mean that, wait for it, that something has gone wrong and that we have to change something. Yes, we want that dopamine hit. We want that excitement. But the grind, the routine, the regular, it is the path to success. My Transform Bosses who have lost their weight, who are in maintenance, they make their realistic plans, they come to coaching calls. They pay attention to their hunger. They eat mostly the same foods. They don’t need the excitement, because living in a body that feels like freedom far outweighs the temporary excitement of a sugar cookie.

We, also known as Lizzie, are so impulsive. We give into wanting the exciting, wanting the new that we sabotage our long-term success. The grind is your path to freedom, your path to wearing what you want, to have good health, to living in a body that you love. There is excitement along the way, but you have to be aware that our brains want dopamine hits.

We want to feel excitement. And in the moment we will sabotage everything to get a two minute hit of it. Our brain is wired to want instant gratification over the long-term grind. And we just have to start to become aware of what the grind looks like. We have to allow it, expect it, and be intentional about having fun with it.

We do keep it fun in Transform Boss Weight Loss. It’s why we do challenges, book clubs, have accountability groups, events, so that you can find the fun and excitement in the grind. Paying attention to when you are sabotaging your success because your primitive brain wants the temporary fix of a dopamine hit. My love, the grind is everything. It is the path to freedom from the diet roller coaster and how you lose weight for the very last time.

So the transformational questions and actions today are one, be aware of the grind. Know when you’re starting to go into that phase. Two, practice thoughts around loving the grind, allowing it, expecting it and being intentional about having fun when you’re in that phase. And three, come and join us in Transform Boss Weight Loss.

Now while you are waiting for us to open, take my free course at bflycoaching.com/ready.  In this training, I will help you get started on your journey to lose weight for the last time. Bye for now.

You are listening to the Weight Loss for Successful Women podcast with Shannan Christiansen episode number 119. Welcome to Weight Loss for Successful Women, a podcast for women who are ready to break the diet cycle and end their struggle with weight for good. Here’s your host, fortune 100 executive, and certified life coach, Shannan Christiansen.

Hello love. So happy back with you. Can you even believe it it’s 2022? I mean, it sounds like some foreign year out there. I don’t know why you ladies, but you know, I grew up in the eighties, so 2022 sounds like very far in the future. And here we are. So today, I am going to talk about goals, resolutions, and really how to have the best year. And it’s probably not what you think, unless you’ve been listening to me for a bit.

So first, I want to do a listener shout out, and today is to Muse4u1963. And the title of her review in iTunes was Must Listen. I really enjoy listening to Shannan’s podcast. It’s a little bit of time devoted to me to learn about losing weight for the last time and changing my belief system. This system has kept me stuck in my own self-inflicted misery and diet mentality trauma for years. It has started to lift the limitations I’ve set for myself and challenging my automatic thoughts. I am more present in my life and thoughts and start to lose the low dips in my journey and exceeding my joy and love for myself. If you’re looking for real changes with love and support, come join Transform. You will not regret it. Thank you Shannan and your team for believing in myself again. Ah, I love this review. Muse4u, I’m guessing she’s a Transform Boss. I’m not sure which one, but whoever you are, I know I love you to pieces and I’m so grateful for the review.

And you know, you mentioned something in there that just was, I think is so powerful. You know, we’ve all had this trauma from years of dieting and roller coasters and believing that our bodies should be different, believing that it’s, you know, the way to have a different body and to look like that fitness star, right? That 19-year-old fitness star, is to restrict and be in the gym all the time, and pills and shakes and just, you know, things that don’t provide long term results. Over time, it just creates so much trauma that lives in our body. Thank you for leaving the review. I really loved it.

And I just want to remind all of my loves who are listening right now that there is a different way, and it really is through allowance and love and, you know, mindset, right? Changing your thoughts and beliefs and believing new things about yourself. And of course through love. And you know, if you find what you learned here valuable, you can help other women find this show by leaving a review and rating of the show and subscribe so every Wednesday I’m in your library.

Hello 2022. I know. As I’m recording this, it’s January 1st and it is 2022, and the holidays are over, just like that. I have to tell you my loves, I love a new year. I do. It’s part of just, you know, I do. I think probably many of you who are listening love it too, right? The hopefulness of this year. Right? And wanting things to be different. Wanting, you know, to grow, wanting to learn, wanting to achieve your weight loss goals. And today’s show is about how I look at my goals, what process I take, and I’m gonna throw in a little year in review and some of the amazing things of 2022.

If you’re anything like me, I did new year’s resolutions or goals. I would make a whole big list in every area of my life. I always did this, usually at the very beginning of January. Weight loss was on there every year for probably 38 years. But by February I had broken them, and I was starting to, you know, Valentine’s candy was out, and then there was Easter candy. I was always telling myself, okay, I’m going to start later. I’m going to start later. And having this weight loss goal on my list every year, it really kept me stuck, because I wanted to, I thought, I had to change everything about myself. I thought I needed to work out, exercise, eat “healthy food,” you know do all the things, meditate.

You know, I had, this whole list changed, you know, the way my relationship with money, my relationship with my spouse, my, you know, all the things right. And what it would do, I would feel overwhelmed. And then I would do nothing. If you’re a woman listening to this, then I am sure you are being inundated with weight loss and fitness ads. This is the truth my love, the truth as I know it. A food plan and exercise plan, they don’t teach you to lose weight from the inside out. They don’t address what happens when you have stress or get in an argument with your spouse, or when you’re halfway through a carton of ice cream. They don’t address diet trauma and how to love the process and love your body while you’re losing weight.

This is what kept me on the diet rollercoaster for so long until I hired a coach, learned the tools to change my mindset, and gave myself the space and time to do it. I allowed myself to eat all the things and then slowly started to find my hunger fullness cues. I became the scientist of my own body and learn how to figure out what fueled me. And I got coached, a lot. I still get weekly coaching to this day. This is what we do in Transform boss. We coach, teach mindset tools, and help women achieve their longstanding goal of losing weight for the very last time.

On Monday as I record this, so it will be over by the time this is released, I’m taking my Transform Bosses through this process in depth. I’m taking them step-by-step in a two-hour workshop so they can take weight loss off their goal list in 2023. And I want to share a bit of my process with you.

So, I do this in two parts and the first part is all about reviewing 2021, looking at my successes and my challenges. I mainly focus more on my success. I look at what I was doing that was right, that was good, that was amazing. I do a review with love and kindness. Now Lizzie, also known as your primitive brain, will want to focus on what you did not do. You know, what you should have done, the state of our world. But I just keep bringing my beautiful brain back to love, back to success.

I want to share a few of my successes with you for 2021. Transform Boss Weight Loss has grown. We welcomed in lots of beautiful women. We have the best community. I’m watching women have all sorts of success from weight loss, relationships, changing careers, and finding love again, in others and in themselves. We’ve upgraded our membership experience in 2021. We have monthly workshops. We finally got a downloadable calendar, one-on-one coaching, mentor session. Our designs, the quality of our work, the quality of our coaching, and we’ve introduced simplicity. And simplicity is one of our core values that we want to make it easy and doable for our ladies. And what we’ve implemented this year has been astonishing.

We hosted two Transform Boss virtual events and an in-person virtual event Unstoppable Live. I mean, it was so good to hug my ladies again. I mean, to hug them, to love on them, whether that was in person or virtually. My team, oh my goodness, we have grown. We moved three of our ladies into our Transform team this year, two of them became coaches and one of them became our lead editor.

And I watched Taylor and Telyn grow. They produce videos, design, technology. I mean, it blows all of our minds. They produce this podcast. We welcomed new mentors at the beginning of 2021 and seven beautiful ambassadors in September of this year. I love watching the entire Transform team grow, do things they never thought they would do, and blow their own minds.

I have the most beautiful team. I am so blessed and grateful for each one of them. In my family we welcomed Emma. Emma, she is beautiful. And just the sweetest baby. I really focused on my relationship with Paul this year, my husband. Our work continues to grow and we continue to hit new levels as a couple. We sold our house and moved.

We took four vacations to Sedona, Lake Tahoe, and San Diego. And we took a family trip to a cabin in Strawberry. It was my favorite. I watched my G babies continue to grow, and they really, they just impress me. They are all so unique and beautiful. Oh, I just love every single one of them. And I got to spend some really good time with my cousin. Ooh. I just love her.

For me, myself, my successes, I really pushed myself in 2021 to keep getting coached, to keep showing up for myself. I turned 50 this year and, well last year now, and loved every minute of it. I really embraced my body and my love for it. I continued to take care of it and give grace to it. I worked my relationships this year with myself, my family and my business. I got a Peloton. I have been wanting one for years. I love to spin. It’s part of the movement that my body that I really enjoy, whether it’s five minutes or 30 minutes, and I love it.

And loves, there were challenges, tears, fear, and doubt this year. The pandemic is still here. I struggled with finding balance between work and everything else. I love to work, I love working, and I have to consistently pull back. I miss my mom like crazy this year, wishing she was here. My dad had some health challenges this year too. And I just, you know, they’re scary and he’s doing very well, but still it was, you know, he gave us a good scare a couple of times this year. I even got sick in December, which I normally do not. And I did. And doubt, doubt crept in a good bit this year. And I had to allow it to be there and still move forward. I had some serious fails in the business. I mean, serious, some serious fails. Things we tried that didn’t work out. I wanted to be farther along in the business than I was. Ah, all of these were such good lessons I learned from each one.

When I look at 2021, it was 50/50. It was amazing. And it was hard. It had all of it. My successes are long and amazing. My challenges and failures are long and amazing. I embrace it all. I am learning that I can feel all the emotion and then go do the things anyways.

Now the second part of my process, I write all the outcomes I want in 2022. Then I decide how I want to think and feel about them. Then I choose one. I narrow it down to one impossible goal. One goal that is so scary and so hard. And one that is going to take me to the next version of myself. I think about how I want to feel on January 1st, 2023, I focus on one thing and then all the other things just fall along with it.

An impossible goal is one that is hard, that you think is impossible. You believe, like no way can I do this? See my love, an impossible goal is not about achieving the goal. This is really important so I really want you to hear this. It’s not about achieving the goal. It is about who you become in the process of achieving the goal. It’s starting to believe that you can achieve that goal.

It’s starting to believe that you are the person who hits and achieves the impossible goal. My impossible goal in 2022 is to have a thousand ladies come into Transform this year. It seems hard. It seems impossible. I know it will challenge me, my team and all of my fears and doubts. But my love, it is who I become to reach that goal.

It is me loving my future self now enough to want to reach this impossible goal. So first I break down the future version of me who has a thousand ladies in Transform. What does she do? What does she think, feel? How does she show up for herself? And again, this is about me. No comparison, no looking outward. This is all about looking inward.

I want to see like, who am I when I own a company that has a thousand clients? I have to be healthy in my mind and body. I have to prioritize. I have to do the things that have the most impact. I have to prioritize my mindset over everything else. I have and must get coached. I have to feel fear and doubt and allow for all of it. I have to make mistakes and fail. I have to keep moving forward and have a plan. I know what I need to do. I need to keep commitments to myself, all the while doing C work. Yes, no perfectionistic fantasies here. I must love fiercely myself, my clients and my family. That is the version of me in 2022.

See, it’s all about what I think and feel. That is how I reach my impossible goal. That is what coaching is all about. My thoughts create my outcomes. Your thoughts and beliefs create your outcomes. Not your action. See my loves, this is where diets go wrong. It focuses on the actions. It focuses on, if you just exercise more, if you just ate less. And then when you, you know, can’t do it, or you find yourself struggling, that’s all your beliefs, all your mindset. When you start sabotaging your success, when you have these old beliefs, these old records that have been playing in your brain and they come out, that my love, is what is preventing you from reaching every dream that you want.

It is your thoughts and your beliefs. Your thoughts, your beliefs create your outcomes, not your action. So my work, and I hope your work, will be there this year, in our thoughts and in our feelings so that we can create our outcomes.

If you want to lose weight for the last time this year in a way that is with love, it’s not about the food plan. It’s about your thoughts and feelings. Get a coach. Come join us on February 9th in Transform Boss.
