If you’ve been stuck on the diet roller coaster for some time, there is one thing that keeps us there much longer than we need to be: our beliefs. So today, I want to talk about three myths that so many ladies believe around food that keep us stuck in an unhelpful diet mentality.

When we make plans for our weight loss, it can be so disheartening when things don’t work out the way we expect. We have misunderstood so much about dieting throughout our lives that we unknowingly set ourselves up to fail, which only leads to more negative emotion and buffering with food. But when you can see where you’re going wrong in terms of your beliefs, this allows for real lasting change.

Join me today to discover the three diet myths that keep so many people stuck in their weight loss journey. I’m sharing where these beliefs come from, and how you can start to think differently about some of the things that we’ve come to just accept as true since we were children.

Ladies, you can now text me! I’ve rolled this out in my Transform program, and all the ladies are loving it, so I wanted to let you in on it too. Once or twice a week, I’ll send you an inspirational tip or reminder to keep you going, so text 480-605-3506 and I can’t wait to hear from you!
