I recently took a quick survey to ask my ladies what stands in the way of their weight loss journeys, and the biggest and most recurring one was time. I have spent years telling myself I didn’t have the time to take care of myself, that I was too busy, that I couldn’t carve out 30 minutes a day to write a plan. And I want to dive into this today because this is all a lie.

In this episode, I’m inviting you to dig in a little deeper into this lie we tell ourselves because I want you all to pay attention to how these thoughts shut us down. All of us get the same amount of time every day, every week, every month, and it’s up to us to decide how we make use of it. You might feel like you have obligations and that other people control your time, but I’m here to tell you that this is a lie that’s holding us back.
