So good. I love doing a good bonus episode every once in a while. Have you ever felt maybe you have, I know I have. Like you can’t lose weight and it just feels so hard. Like you’re just so ugh. You don’t wanna think about food, you don’t want all the noise in your head. You feel like you’re carrying not only physical weight,

but a ton of mental weight too. And maybe you just keep going back from this diet. You keep telling yourself way back when. You know there was this time where you lost weight and if you could just get back there, if you could just get back to that space, right, and you beat yourself up, there’s so much around weight. There’s shame,

there’s frustration, there is this, why me? I can’t do this. I feel broken and I really understand. I do. I and the bones of me, because I struggled with this for so long. I’ve done all the things. I have tried everything. I have felt the worst about myself, that I just was broken. And that even if other things in my life were successful,

it still wasn’t good enough. Being on this in or out offer, on losing weight, feeling good people complimenting you and then gaining it back and then feeling shame. I mean, it is just exhausting. And what I think is the mental weight, you know, the physical weight is hard to carry around. I know the mental weight of it. This feels like you’re carrying around,

you know, a hundred pound sacks on your back. And I tell you there is a different way. And I know that what I teach is different and I know that it this amazing process where women can start to lose weight in simple and doable steps and also start to show up for themselves. Also, this process is about learning, really to find yourself again.

I think about how many times I looked at myself in the mirror and I just didn’t recognize myself. I didn’t recognize my life, and I wanted something different. This is the thing. 2023 is not over. It’s not over. You still this year can do all the things. You don’t have to start 2024 with 10 to 15 extra holiday pounds.

You don’t have to go through the holiday stress, hiding in pictures, putting the pillow over your lap. You know all the things. You can start feeling better now, have more energy and lose weight even during the holiday season. Do you want to feel better? I know it’s such a great question, right? We do all of us. We wanna feel better.

We wanna have more energy. We wanna live a life that feels amazing. Are you ready? Are you ready to learn how to lose weight? Enjoy all your holiday favorites. ’cause I am getting ready to do a challenge. I think I have done three, maybe four this year. This will be maybe my fourth or maybe my third. I can’t remember actually.

So I don’t do them very often. I have not done it since June, and this is the last challenge of the year. It’s free. It’s five days. I’m gonna teach you three simple steps, three simple steps, and I’m gonna talk about self-sabotage. I’m gonna talk about how to start to change the conversation with yourself. I’m gonna teach you two a little bit about your time.

I know time is a construct, right? It’s a mental construct that we have. I don’t have enough time for me, and I wanna teach you how to, I mean, this is for all my people pleasers too. I know I’m too right? I wanna please everyone, but not myself. Well, I wanna teach you, okay? You wanna please everyone,

but I’m also gonna teach you how to please yourself. And in this challenge, again, you’re gonna learn how to do simple practices that take minutes, and you’re gonna start to lose some of this mental weight of worrying what to do and doubting yourself that you can’t do it. I’m gonna show you that you can. You’re gonna actually turn in your diet membership.

I think one of the things that maybe you struggled with, that I struggled with was I didn’t have faith that I would actually show up for myself. I knew I’d be good at the beginning and then,
