Facebook Live 36: Are You Too Busy to Lose Weight?

On tonight’s live we are talking about being busy – being too busy.  We tell ourselves we have so much to do, a whole checklist, all the things. So, we end up just always putting ourselves last.  For most of us, we are probably not even on the list. We think that if we put ourselves first, or even on the list that it takes away from others and all the other things.  Well, I’m here to tell you that putting yourself first, investing in yourself, taking care of yourself first will make you a better wife, a better mother, friend, sister, whatever. When you put everyone and everything else first you will become overwhelmed, frustrated, stressed, exhausted – both mentally and physically. And this will just lead to us overeating or eating to buffer.

Come listen as I teach you three ways to start putting yourself first. How just one simple action can lead to us taking care of ourselves. How when you start doing these simple steps amazing things will happen. We don’t need to tell ourselves all the excuses of why we are too busy.  That is just Lizzie talking.
