This live is an oldie but a goodie.  How to become a scientist of your own body.  I am still learning to this day foods that feel good or don’t feel good in my body.  For example, I love peanut butter, but after I eat it, I get so tired. So, I have learned that peanut butter does not fuel me. You have to experiment. Each person is different.  What fuels you may not necessarily fuel me. You have to find out what fuels you and what satiates you, that is so important. What is considered “healthy” may not feel good to you.

On this live you will learn how the realistic plan can really help you. You will have no mind drama around your foods.  Get rid of those diet beliefs and just decide what you will eat every day. You get to decide what foods you will put on your plan, even if you want non-fuel foods. No mind drama about it. So simple, just paying attention to our own bodies.
