On today’s live I am talking about stopping quitting. I have quit on myself so many times. I have started and stopped dieting a hundred times. So, I definitely understand those feelings of frustration and guilt, failure, and all the shame and pain that goes right along with it. When we quit, we just reinforce the neural pathways in our brain and it just becomes a habit. So quitting becomes a habit, something we have done without even looking at why. And of course we don’t label it as quitting. It’s the holidays, or it’s my birthday. This is a really stressful time. And the biggest lie we tell ourselves is I’m just too busy.
Join me tonight as I teach you some tools you can use to stop quitting on yourself. A way to lose weight so you don’t have to beat yourself up or feel deprived. No mind drama. By learning not to quit on ourselves we create new neural pathways in our brain which will help you and support you, that actually make it easier for you. What small steps will you take today to stop yourself from quitting and just commit to yourself? Remember all these small steps lead to success.
