Join me in this episode as we dive into the thought of I know what I “should” be doing. I know how to lose weight, what I “should” be eating, but I’m just not doing it. I’m just not doing it. And then after these thoughts come those thoughts of things like – If I just had more time, if I wasn’t so busy. And this thought that you know what you should be doing because you’ve done all these diets and you’ve been on the diet roller coaster, but you’re not doing it. It’s just a way, my Love that we beat ourselves up. It just makes us feel like there is something wrong with us. That weight will always be our struggle.

But I want to challenge you to listen to that little girl inside of you, wanting you to take care of yourself. We all do hard things. I will teach you how weight loss can be the easiest thing in your life. That it is never about the food. We have to listen to talk to ourselves more than we listen.
