We just had a holiday weekend. So, I was thinking about how we always tell ourselves we will start again tomorrow, or on Monday, or when the holiday is over, or the holidays, or an event, whatever it may be. I know I have done this. We are either all in or all out. We tell ourselves we need to be different. We stay stuck by the this thought that we are “good” or “bad.” We tell ourselves something like “I’ll be good after I eat X.” And we tie it to our worth. I am here to tell you that what we eat has nothing to do with our worth. It’s just what we have been taught through the diet culture.

Join me in this episode as I dive deep into how to stop “starting over.”  We have so many beliefs that keep us stuck on the diet roller coaster. What we eat has nothing to do with who we are. Every moment we get to decide what we will eat or not eat.  It is just a decision. You can stop the craziness – be aware in that moment. Be aware of your thoughts.

You don’t have to start tomorrow. That thought just sabotages your success. Right now, you get to make the decision to fuel your body or not. It doesn’t mean you are good or bad. It is just a decision.

I will give you simple tools to lead to your weight loss success. All it takes is making 1-2 small changes and then up leveling.
