Facebook Live 25: When We Think Something Should be Different

One thing I’m seeing a lot at the moment, given the state of the world we live in now, is that losing weight is incredibly challenging. And what’s worse, it’s common to see people putting on weight through these stressful situations.

So many of us suffer from limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in our weight loss journey. So, with the burden of everything that’s going on in the world and waiting for life to go back to normal, I want to show you a different way because I truly believe that this work starts with learning to look at our thoughts and beliefs and deciding whether or not they’re serving us.

Join me on the podcast as I share two limiting beliefs that are so common right now, and what you can do to see how they’re showing up in your life. And once you can see where your thoughts are and what’s possible for you, that’s when you can start the work of changing them.
