I understand that I am paying $49/month for continued access to The Transform Weight Loss Program membership, so Awesome!*

If I choose the yearly rate - I mean Amazing! It will automatically renew at that yearly rate 1 year from your first payment. You can choose to continue at the monthly rate after the year. 

I can easily cancel The Transform Weight loss Program at any time, not that you will want to but I make it super easy if you need to.  The $49 will be charged every 30 days unless your membership has been cancelled.

*We do not ship outside of the United States. For outside of the United States, we can provide the digital version if available or you can choose to pay the shipping costs.
