We are in our 2.0 series, and in this episode I want to talk about how to lose weight for the last time by breaking up with dieting.

I have to tell you about my new Peloton. I just got it and I love it! I used their app before. They have all kinds of different classes – spinning, yoga, pilates, whatever you may be looking for. But I love to move my body, and the key is just finding what you like to do and what is fun for you.
