Ep. #39: Self-Care

This year has felt extremely heavy for many of us, and I know my ladies have been struggling. I’ve had all the emotions, from frustration and confusion to guilt, shame, and anger. While we might wish to start this year over, every painful event gives us an opportunity to look inward, and this is where self-care comes in.

Self-care has become somewhat of a buzzword, and you might immediately think of a massage, a bath, or a manicure and pedicure. But loves, self-care is so much more than external things that bring you just a moment of happiness. It comes from the inside and it’s a practice we have to implement into our daily lives.

Tune in this week to discover what a self-care practice really entails and why it’s so crucial to make one for yourself. We cannot take care of others or create change in the world if we are exhausted and depleted.
