Our brains are biased and always searching for the evidence. If we say “I can’t lose weight” our brain will serve up all the evidence on why we can’t, all the failed attempts. For many of us, we don’t have a lot of evidence that we can be successful. All we see are the failures.

It all starts with the belief that we can have faith in ourselves. It starts with simple steps and some trust in yourself – Belief without evidence.
