I’m Sharon Spohn, and I’m here to help you step out from the shadows, rediscover your true self, break free from limiting expectations, and start living a life that reflects your deepest dreams and desires.

I'm a retired preschool teacher of over 30 years, a mother of three grown boys and two fur babies, and in a loving relationship with Tom.

I spent most of my life  pleasing other, meeting their expectations, solving others problems and had  a failed marriage. I was lost as to who I truly was as a person. After over 40 years of bouncing from one diet to another looking for answers outside of myself to make me happy. It didn't matter how much weight I lost or the job I worked at the time, or the  relationship I was in. I never felt complete.

I walked through life as a robot, until I discovered coaching. My coach helped me see that I was  holding all the answers inside of  myself and how to create my own happiness instead of living through others. I'm living the life I want. I'm making my dreams and goals come true all with a smile on my face. This is how I discovered my true passion in life of becoming a Life Coach so, I can help women find their authentic selves.

Over the past three years, I’ve had the honor of coaching women who, like you, felt stuck under the weight of others’ expectations. Through coaching, I’ve learned how to reconnect with my own authentic self and live life unapologetically. Now, it’s my mission to help you do the same.
